The success of this retail project depended on moving merchandise. It is important to spend considerable time and effort to ensuring profitability by meeting the established grand opening dates as well as maintaining operations for the existing store. Renovations included roof top HVAC units, voltage pathways, installation of doors and locks, ceiling tile and grids, a full paint job, new elaborate signage and unique merchandising.
