Scope Of Work
This scope of work consisted of converting a vacant space into a new Dunkin Donuts restaurant. This project posed some new challenges with regard to mechanical work, as this location was on the ground floor of a 5 story building with condominiums above and a parking structure below, making kitchen hood exhausting a challenge. We were able to work with the JHA to provide some alternative venting solutions with in line fans venting through an adjacent loading dock, saving the customer thousands of dollars in re-design and permitting fees, as well as lost revenue from delays in opening.
