Scope Of Work
Title Boxing Club is a boxing gym located in the awesome Ice Block 1 building also built by Ascent. They offer full-body boxing and kickboxing classes—a mind-body workout challenge made to transform and uplift with their experienced trainers. Title Boxing Club is the one of the nation's fastest growing fitness franchises with over 180 locations and this is the first location to come to the Sacramento region.
The space maximizes the feel of a traditional boxing gym by utilizing the building's existing concrete structure and complimenting it with brick walls, exposed industrial elements and of course a variety of exercise equipment including 30 heavy bags!
