Scope Of Work
Ascent Builders constructed a new 16,400 sf facility for the R&B Company in West Sacramento. R&B is a supply company for pipes, drains, valves, pumps…. you name it! The company was started in 1949 and now has offices in 13 cities throughout California. Their new West Sacramento office is a metal building with office, conference, and admin space in the front; a warehouse area in the back; and a mezzanine level for additional storage above. The site sits on two acres nestled between the Port of Sacramento and the Main Post Office. In addition to the warehouse itself, the back lot behind the structure was also developed for large pipe and equipment storage by lime treating and paving.
