Scope Of Work
We are very excited to bring a new high quality, multi-family residential project to South Sacramento.
Calpo Hom and Dong Architects have paired with property owners Tammy and Anthony Nguyen to come up with a two and three-story apartment complex consisting of 28 units on Lemon Hill and 65th.
The project is currently under planning review with the City, with an anticipated start of construction in November of this year.
