Scope Of Work
Ice Block 1 is a new and exciting piece of the R Street Corridor revitalization. By showcasing its concrete, steel and heavy timber structure, the new building pays homage to the industrial Crystal Ice plant that occupied the site for the better part of 100 years.
Ice Block 1's offering consists of two buildings with three levels of industrially-inspired office, connected via a skybridge. Located off 16th Street, this block features 100 secured parking spaces, as well as proximity to additional parking, light rail and public transportation. Floor to ceiling windows and high ceilings create a striking impression for everyone that views it.
Ice Block 1 is the pinnacle of architectural sophistication in the Sacramento market. Current and upcoming tenants include: West Elm, Device Brewing Company, Title Boxing Club, Mendocino Farms Sandwich Market, Frank Whiskey Bar, Cookie Connection and more.
