Scope Of Work
We are excited to have been selected to deliver a new 35,000 sf facility for WellSpace Health.
The renovated facility will include sleeping rooms, shower and laundry facilities, nurses stations, serving kitchen and dining room along with office and support spaces. It will also dictate the complete overhaul of all mechanical, electrical and life safety systems.
Construction should be complete in late 2021.
