Scope Of Work

Office of the President

New President at the college had new Executive Suite designed for himself and staff

Challenges included incorporating new design into historic 100 year old building that is the center piece of the school

Project Scope included major demolition, selective restoration of moldings and detail and incorporating new wall and ceiling assemblies into historic building

Extensive custom millwork to match the style and the color of the period

Entire floor where Executive Suite is located received all new lighting package, new ceiling systems, wall finishes, flooring and door systems to meet recent egress code changes

SCI worked closely with architect and President of the college as project was fast tracked necessitating the start of the project before final design plans were available

New Admissions Office

Repurpose of space from Science Lab to new Admissions Office for the college

Demolition included entire demolition of the laboratories back to the building shell

All new plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems installed in the space

Framing of new offices

New lighting package, ceiling system, walls and doors

Custom millwork package of built in shelves, storage racks and coffee bar

Campus Police Headquarters

Basement conversion of space originally used as storage

All new plumbing, HVAC including new ductwork, all upgraded electrical system including service and lighting

New Door package, all new wall assemblies and ceiling systems

Frame out of offices and reception area

New wall finishes and flooring
