Expansion

South Coast Improvement created a new 3,000 sq ft OT/PT Gym created for the rehab of patients and allowed the facility to offer outpatient treatment.

Enhancement

A previously unused bathing suite was gutted and reconfigured for new bathing suite with hydrotherapy and massage therapy areas included. Intricate tile work and mosaic flooring installed. The existing corridors of skilled long term care facility received complete makeover including new lighting, new wall finishes including wall protection, handrail, painted walls and trim with installation of carpet.

170 Bed Skilled Nursing Facility

Dramatic redesign of front lobby including new custom built Reception Desk with granite top and transaction counter

Administration offices all received new flooring, lighting and finishes

Soiled and clean utility rooms updated and given new fixtures, finishes and flooring.

Nurses Station completely reconfigured and new custom hub installed with solid surface counters and pendant lighting n 60 Patient rooms with tiled showers gutted and retiled, new fixtures, finishes and flooring turned around in 10 working days. All FF&E handled

New dining room with custom millwork to ADA height, solid surface counters, new ceiling system, new lighting and new finishes. Island with stainless steel hood through roof for ventilation

Medical Records room upgraded with new finishes flooring and millwork with custom lighting package

New PTAC heating & a/c units installed in all patient rooms
