Scope Of Work
Phase I – Sitework and Construction
South Coast Improvement completed construction of a 17,000 square foot retail building with 5 retail spaces including Hannoush Jewelers.
Before the single-story structural steel frame building could go up, the team had to clear land, develop a sewer system and water system, establish drainage, electrical and gas services, and create a parking lot and curb.
The building exterior was composed with a combination of brick, stone, granite, EIFS, glass and metal panels.
The site work began in May 2015 and the building was completed in December 2015.
Our hardworking team impressed the client by getting a complex electrical service design installed on time for the store opening.
Phase II – Fit Out
After construction of the retail building, South Coast Im-provement fit out the 4,300 square foot jewelry store with offices, a customer lounge, employee break room, restroom, a jeweler’s room and a showroom. The fit out began in Feb-ruary 2016 and was completed in May 2016.
