Restaurant Build-Out
South Coast Improvement completed the build out of the new First Watch Café Restaurant in Villanova, PA.
First Watch is the largest and fastest-growing day-time only restaurant concept in the U.S. with over 280 locations in 26 states. It is equipped with high end finishes and a full commercial kitchen.
The build out began in late February 2016 and was completed in April 2016. The SCI team worked to complete this complex project on time and on budget to the satisfaction of the customer.

Drywall
Tiling
Brickwork
Flooring
Wall Finishes
South Coast Improvement was asked to complete the interior with special cosmetic designs that included:
Pipe wall, stainless steel corner guards, barn doors in the bathrooms, special farm décor, and nautical wood to build interior walls.
