Scope Of Work
This project involved a retail commercial kitchen and retail space fit out at the Signature Natick Mall in Natick, Massachusetts, one of the oldest and most prestigious malls in the Northeast. The project involved the gut and demo of existing space and complete fit out for a newly emerging custom made cupcake franchise. Due to the holiday season, this project was fast tracked for an early grand opening. South Coast worked effectively with The Natick Mall Management Group as well as Natick Building Department and DPH to ensure all code requirements were met and did not cause any delays to the projected holiday opening. South Coast delivered the project on time and with the complete satisfaction of Mall Management and the client. The Franchisor said he would have South Coast handle all future projects for his Licensees.
