Multiple Restoration &?Improvement Projects Over Seven Years
South Coast Improvement was hired for a multitude of projects ranging from upgrading entrance ways for the Student Resident Halls to complete renovations of 150 damaged rooms and hallways. Due to the continued use of these areas year round we had a very tight time frame to complete the renovations while creating as little disturbance as possible.

Complete renovation of hallways in Student Resident Halls including new lighting with upgraded wiring, new alarm systems, new acoustical ceiling, new paint and flooring
Installation of fiberglass panels in residence bathrooms to mitigate moisture damage
Eliminated existing front entrance and enhanced the front of the building in a college residence. Created a new front entrance with a newly designed vestibule and mudroom
