Scope Of Work
This vintage Textile Mill Building constructed in 1775 located on the Shawsheen River took 6 years of planning. It marked our 6th $1M+ project with Atria Senior Living. In total, we have worked on 46 capital improvement/construction projects for Atria Senior Living in 18 Facilities throughout the Northeast.

Complete demolition of interior
Replacement of many of the structural beams supporting the building
Renovation included the addition of a four-story stair tower to match the existing building
New elevator shaft and installation of elevator within the building
Brick façade completely restored including repointing of brick, infill to match existing and installation of new granite window sills
New roof installed
All new HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
Installed 2 new four-story stairwells
Created new entrance with switch back ADA ramp systems
Created 13 premium independent luxury living units with high end finishes including hardwood floors, custom millwork, glass tile and luxury lighting
South Coast Improvement met aggressive schedule losing zero days in spite of the worst winter New England has seen in 80 years
