Scope Of Work
In support of Lexus production at Toyota’s manufacturing facility in Georgetown, Aristeo performed a series of projects beginning with Body Weld Addition Phase 1. This included site work, foundations, concrete slabs and structural steel to support a 23,000 SF expansion of the body weld shop. Challenges included an aggressive delivery schedule, design changes, and unforeseen bedrock conditions.
Following the successful completion of Phase 1, Aristeo secured an additional six building addition and relocation bid packages. In total, Aristeo was responsible for the site work, foundations and slab on grade for approximately 313,000 SF of additional building space.
