Scope Of Work
The Rail Cross Dock Building project started with road work to clear the site for the addition of a 115,000 square foot warehouse on the Spring Hill site. Concrete foundations were poured in preparation for the pre-engineered building.
Our team removed the existing rails that this building was constructed over and then replaced with them new rails. The shipping facility includes eight truck docks and 52,000 square feet of exterior pavement.
The project had a ten month duration and was completed on time despite site geotechnical concerns.
