Scope Of Work
Aristeo was hired to design, procure, and construct a coke conveyor, including processing and truck loading equipment. The new Coke Handling system is designed to load, crush, and transport shot coke and deliver 2,100 tons of coke per day. The advanced truck loading system is capable of loading 50 tons of coke in ten minutes with an automated truck wheel wash and heated floor system.
This project included 830 LF of 12 FT diameter conveyor galleries, a 135 FT long truck load out system, a feed conveyor transfer building, and a crusher building.
