Scope Of Work
Miami Valley Hospital South is a new 269,000 SF ambulatory care campus including a 24-hour emergency department, Diagnostic/Treatment Center, 5-story medical office building, 2-story parking garage, Helipad & MICU garage. Our team worked closely with Miami Valley and NBBJ to identify $5 Million worth of savings through our Value Analysis program without compromising quality or building square footage.
The new 5-Story Comprehensive Cancer Center and Medical Office Building was recently completed adjacent to the existing facility. The building design reflects the current campus design standards and key program areas include medical oncology, gynecological oncology, chemotherapy, pharmacy, laboratory, radiation oncology and imaging. It includes the area's first TrueBeam linear accelerator, and the infusion areas feature floor to ceiling windows overlooking the center's healing garden.
