Scope Of Work
This 22-acre site is the location of a new hotel and casino for the Poarch Creek Indians.
A five-story parking garage adjacent to the hotel holds 1,000 cars.
The hotel features 326 guest rooms and suites with luxury finishes such as ceramic tile and granite flooring.
The 155,000-square-foot gaming floor features electronic games, restaurants, lounges, entertainment venues and several kitchens.
