Scope Of Work
This project was located in Santa Ynez, CA. This project consisted of the installation of CMU site walls, trash enclosures, a monument sign and Allen Block retaining walls. The CMU walls contained 1,718 units of block. The site walls and trash enclosures contained 1,122 units of block. The gas station and monument sign received 950 square feet of stone veneer while the Allen Block wall was 120 lineal feet. This project was new construction and included a gas station and car wash. Cooper Chase Construction acted as a subcontractor, self-performing all masonry and concrete work.
