Scope Of Work
This project consisted of construction of a new sewage pump station, Lift Station 43, with two pumps at 50hp and reconstruction of an existing pump station, Lift Station 33, with four pumps at 25hp. Each station included a cast-in place, below ground wetwell and drywell, an above the ground electrical control room, and an outdoor generator, one at 100kw and the other at 125kw, plus electrical panels, controls, paving, perimeter fencing, water and electrical service and landscaping. Piping includes 8-inch to 16-inch HDPE gravity sewer and force main pipe and exposed, flanged 8-inch to 12-inch ductile iron pipe in drywells. Extensive dewatering was also required for this project.
