President Les McClure, with over 45 years of construction experience, leads a team of talented, multi-disciplined construction managers with a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of industrial construction, including heavy mechanical, process piping, and conveyor systems.

Founded with family in mind, we are proud that a second generation of McClures has chosen to join the firm and welcome the addition of two of the McClure sons to the company. The MSI family is equally proud of the third McClure son, who chose to pursue his athletic career, and became a Silver Medalist in Men’s Gymnastics at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens.
