Scope Of Work
Design and construction of one concrete tilt-up building totaling 350,000 SF with realated on and off-site improvements and infrastructure including three compartment sewer clarifier for Golden State Foods (Tenant).
Work included subslab and wear slab for 31, 200 SF of freezer area and 46,800 SF for cooler area. Furnish and install glycol under floor piping at cooler/freezer area for glycol equipment. Roof and structure upgrades to accommodate freezer/cooler equipment and insulated ceiling and wall panels. Truck loading dock equipment for approx. 56 truck spaces including lock levelers, seals, and dock lights. Sectional truck loading doors at warehouse area and insulated truck doors at cooler/freezer area. Design, installation, and coordination of 800 amp transfer switch for back up generator. Furnish and install dry pendent fire sprinkler system in ceiling and wall panels. Warehouse lighting including 6 lamp T5 HO fixtures with motion sensors.
Office improvements including 24,415 SF of 2 story offices and elevator at main office area and 4,186 SF shipping office plus 600 SF 2nd floor mezzaine area.
