Scope Of Work
This 90,000-square-foot elementary school was designed and constructed as a Net-Zero facility; the total amount of energy used by the building on an annual basis is roughly equal to the amount of renewable energy created on the site. The facility achieved LEED Gold certification for sustainable features, including solar tube daylighting, geothermal HVAC system, and reclaimed rainwater use.
