Scope Of Work
Master planning and architecture for Benson Woods, an active adult community created by the Timex Corp. Designed as a classic New England neighborhood, the homes feature front porches and varying styles reminiscent of the farmhouse vernacular of the region. Home siting was planned to provide minimal impact on the environment and maximum natural vistas for occupants. The project won the NAHBÂ Best of Senior Housing Award.
