Scope Of Work
IBC renovated this existing space, which included a 7,300 SF mezzanine, for Planet Fitness. The gymnasium renovations included a mechanical (HVAC) system, electrical and plumbing fixtures, showers and locker rooms. All finishes were added/replaced, including flooring, millwork, and paint, all according Planet Fitness design standards.
