Scope Of Work
This project involved the 1,779 SF tenant improvement of a grey shell space into a Class A office space for a wealth management firm. The build out included offices, open work stations, waiting and reception areas, conference room, library, break room and rest rooms. All mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems were installed. High end interiors and finishes, including glass rolling barn doors, were selected. The owner wanted the space to reflect a comfortable, home-like environment for their clientele.
