Scope Of Work
This project involved the complete demolition of an existing convenience store and gas station, and the reconstruction of a 5,115 SF ARCO AM/PM store and fuel on the same site. The client reused the fuel tanks for the fuel , and great care was used during the concrete demolition as not to damage the tanks underground. A dry well and retention tanks were also installed underground for the site's storm water retention. The project site, along a major arterial road with tight access, was completely re-graded and a concrete foundation was poured for the construction of the store and fuel .
