Scope Of Work
This project included the renovation of a 7,000 sf men’s locker room at the historic Brooklawn Country Club. Scope of work involved gutting the existing locker room, raising the ceiling 2 ft., a $250,000 mahogany millwork package and all new mechanical systems. The original lockers and wood benches, which the Club prides as part of their long history, were incorporated into the renovated locker room. The renovation created the desired traditional locker room environment. Bay windows were added in the lounge to take advantage of the view of the golf course.
