Scope Of Work
Conversion of former Mexican food restaurant to Subway with drive thru. Project included major modifications to the exterior including replacement of Windows, air conditioners, new stucco and stone work. Interior modifications include new restrooms, major plumbing, electrical, HVAC changes, installation of subway equipment and decor, and tile work.
