Scope Of Work

When the owners of this Olmos Park home contacted us to build their pool house and guest quarters, they emphasized function and design. The adjacent structures contain a gym, kitchenette, dining/living room, bedrooms, and an exterior lounge area. Interior flourishes come from top-of-the-line components and include stained concrete flooring, crown molding, stained beam ceilings, custom tile and cabinets, and granite countertops. Of course, the exterior masonry, tile roofing, custom doors and windows, and fireplace all match the features in the main house.
