Scope Of Work
Building the freestanding, 4,500 sq. ft., home of La Gloria Restaurant, which overlooks the San Antonio River on the Historic Pearl Brewery grounds, was a novel project for us. Drawing inspiration from the iconic Texas icehouse, it was part of an overall plan to revitalize this downtown area by repurposing existing structures and designing projects that combine environmental responsibility, function, and style.
