Scope Of Work

A full interior and exterior remodel of this home—including the addition of a master bedroom, family room and pool—resulted in a setting of character and beauty. Inside, new custom doors and cabinets, granite countertops, hardwood floors, custom tile in the kitchen and master bath, and back-to-back fireplaces in the master bedroom and family room create an environment of classic warmth. In an example of receiving inspiration from a structure’s origins, we constructed new cathedral-style ceilings to match the existing formal living room, and took special care to match all new exterior stone with the existing finish. As the focal point of the landscape, the fireplace and pool took on new emphasis with flagstone paving, dry-stack walls, raised planter areas, custom stone spigots, and a sheer descent waterfall.
