Scope Of Work
This institutional renovation consisted of removal and replacement of 450 window units, pressure washing the entire façade, waterproofing, and unit masonry restoration on an 8 story dormitory building. The work also involved renovating the drywall on the perimeter walls of the dorm rooms once the new windows were installed. Stringent time constraints were required by Rutgers University and we were successful in meeting the deadline on this complex project.
