Scope Of Work
This is a 7,100 square foot steel and concrete Medical Center located on Hylan Blvd. in the heart of Staten Island. Featuring a first floor parking garage, Grande vestibule with a structural curtain wall, electric elevator, twisting rising designer steel and granite stair case and marble flooring with granite accents. Inside we constructed 37 exam rooms, 1 lab, 2 waiting areas, and 1 operating room.
This building was constructed one inch from the Standing MRI business located behind it. We utilized every inch of property allowed. This project was completed 5 months ahead of schedule allowing the owner to start generating revenue much sooner than anticipated.
