Scope Of Work
Gresham, OR Remodel of existing library with primary focus on flooring and restroom facilities. Limited duration–work completed during occupancy and short shut-down period to limit public impact; required detailed schedule to coordinate Owner’s work/trade scope. Work incl. all floor cover, finish, extensive shelving relocate electrical,and new cabinetry.
