Scope Of Work
Loudin Building Systems teamed with re-known Fredericksburg Architect, John J. Burger to complete a fabulous multi-faceted project/addition(s) for the Fredericksburg Country Club. Included are a state-of-the-art Tennis Facility, featuring four indoor premier courts, locker rooms, new Pro Shop and Social area.
In addition, a new resort-style 6-lane, 25-meter pool featuring a zero entry water play area, water slide, 3-foot diving board, and changing rooms were included. An outdoor dining pavilion and new Snack Bar poolside are an added pleasure for the FCC community. A pool equipment building and pool house complete the project in functionality.
