Scope Of Work
This new three-story parking ramp is part of Burnsville’s Heart of the City area, a pedestrian-friendly mixed-use downtown area featuring diverse housing, retail shops, businesses and offices, park and community arts center. The 400-space ramp, part of the Minnesota Department of Transportation Park and Ride system, provides accessible and secure parking adjacent to a major transit stop. Features include a climate-controlled indoor waiting area, elevator and restrooms.
