Scope Of Work
This complex historical project involved the delicate restoration of the 1888 courthouse, the reconstruction of the 1974 jail and the demolition of the 1954 building. A three-story structure consisting of a 110-bed jail and three courtrooms was added onto the current law enforcement center, and the existing 38-bed medium- and maximum-security jail was renovated to accommodate the human services department and the sheriff’s department. The occupied renovation required extensive move management.
