Scope Of Work

AP recently completed a 14,000-sf tenant improvement project for Acronis, a global leader in hybrid cloud data protection. The office marks the tech giant’s second location in Arizona and will continue its boon of offering high-value opportunities for residents. The center includes private offices, open call-center offices, conference rooms, a game room, and cyber security center. The technology equipment and data security importance also called for a FM-200 fire suppression system.

One of the biggest challenges our team faced on this project was the extremely fast-paced schedule. AP completed the demolition scope of work in preparation for construction and had just nine weeks to complete the build-out of the space.
