Scope Of Work
Brightview Tarrytown is a new 120 thousand square foot senior living and memory care facility located in Tarrytown, New York. The facility includes integrated technology, 90 units, and 3 floors. Lippolis Electric served as the base, core & shell contractor for all electrical work performed on the facility. Critical infrastructure work for this facility consisted of medium voltage feeders and switchgear, emergency generator and ATS systems, and uninterruptible power supply systems. Lippolis Electric also facilitated the installation of lighting throughout the facility, lighting controls, life safety and mechanical systems power.
