Scope Of Work
The scope of work included the demolition of two single-story buildings and one five-story building, as well as the 75,000 SF historical renovation of the five-story Baldwin Hotel with scagliola, plaster work and tin ceilings. A new structural steel atrium with connecting corridors was erected in order to connect the Baldwin Building (offices) with the Routzahn Building (classrooms). This project won the Scagliola Restoration & Replication Award by the Building Congress & Exchange of Baltimore.
