Scope Of Work
Construction of a 434,000 SF hotel complex comprised of a 300-key Renaissance Hotel and a 325-key Residence Inn. Project also includes 40,000 SF of conference area, 10,000 SF of retail and a three-level, 527-space, below-grade parking facility. Project achieved LEED® Gold certification and won 2011 WBC Craftsmanship Awards for:
