Scope Of Work
This 26,791 sq. ft. project included renovation of the theater in the first phase, and added music, theater rehearsal and instructional spaces in the second phase. Nearly doubling the Fine Arts Building, the expansion is architecturally compatible with the existing building in height, colors and materials. The lobby is a shared gathering space that ties into the interior circulation spine connecting different departments.
