Scope Of Work
This project consisted of a conversion of an abandoned mill building into 20 residential condominiums. Besides developing the loft units with 14’ ceilings, the project featured a new main entrance lobby, elevator lobby, and constructing a covered parking area. This building is listed on the National Register of Historic Buildings.
Together with SPM Design, Nadeau Corp. was able to satisfy the states Historical Preservation requirements through careful design, planning, and implementation.
