Scope Of Work
The 357,000 sq.ft. Crossroads Village has two anchor stores linked by in-line retail tenants.
Scope of work included the construction of 85,000 sq.ft. of in-line stores for national retailers; traffic flow improvements to Michigan Avenue and Beck Road; and the relocation of the existing Sines Drain.
Outlot buildings on the 39-acre site include a new Huntington Bank and an 11,000 sq.ft. building with space for three retail tenants.
