Scope Of Work
Description: Commercial Warehouse/Office space in a Business Park. The building is divided into two separate rental spaces of 5000 square feet each. Both spaces have 8'x10' and 12'x14' roll-up overhead doors. Also, there are loading docks on both sides. The front facade is a combination of brick and EIF's with a heavy timber framed covered entry.
