Scope Of Work

The Arts District Garage project, completed for the Performing Arts Community Improvement District, involved the new construction of a 1,700-space parking structure in downtown Kansas City, MO. The garage was constructed as an underground, four-story, cast-in-place concrete parking structure with post-tensioned concrete parking surfaces. The garage features a green roof system, which was integrated into the structure with post-tensioned concrete with foam, engineered landscaping, a water capturing system for irrigation, and gray water use. The Arts District Garage also features a Class A concrete finish with curtainwall, skylights, storefronts, and a canopy. The Arts District Garage now provides an upgraded partking structure for patrons visiting the downtown areas of Kansas City, MO.
