Scope Of Work
The $13 million negotiated project for a long-time P&C client involved construction of a new five-story, CMU and concrete plank hotel adjacent to the Portland Airport. Features include a stucco exterior on the building, a pool and spa, unique materials from throughout the world utilized in the bar/lounge area, and cutting-edge electronic connections in each hotel room. The trendy Aloft Hotel is part of the prestigious Starwood Hotels chain, and offers a hip, loft-inspired, open-space alternative to standard airport hotels.
