Scope Of Work
Design-build services were provided to Midway Chevrolet for the construction of its new Chevrolet dealership in Orwell, Ohio. Midways existing dealership was demolished leading the way for the construction of a brand-new facility. To ensure that business operations were not disturbed during construction, the project was completed in two phases.

Part of JCI’s contract was to ensure all architectural & engineering plans were in compliance with the standards set forth by General Motors & Gensler. This project is part of the nationwide “dealership re-imaging” program launched by GM a couple of years ago.
